Federico "Kiko" Macheda is looking great on vacation. Hope he's enjoying it while he's got it, cause I doubt if he'll much of a chance to sit on the bench in the upcoming season.

As if we didn't love him from his first miraculous seconds on the pitch. This article from the Mirror Uk just completely stole my heart. He saved his family from poverty. He scores a goal with his first moments as a ManU player. Now that my friend is the kind of player we want & need! Good on you Kiko! Can't wait for the new season to see what he brings to the table.

As if the day isn't hot enough - here's one more hot Marine : Rudy Reyes. Though really I've never met a man of the USMC that didn't leave me wistfully daydreaming. The article is a must read as well. Generation Kill was something I watched & rewatched.

While I was looking for that I came across his website: Hero Living I'm going to spend some time looking into this, as I'm not sure if it's just for men. It sounds like he might have motivational lecture series or work out dvd ... it certainly is the type of thing I've been searching for ... How totally Zen is that!
