Worked out today. Really pushing it, using the excuse of the weekend to push my limits. Probably won't be able to walk tomorrow but that's progress. Did 5 miles, 50 crunches, 30 push ups and laughably tried to do a pull up. I pulled myself up a quarter inch. lol. All in good time I suppose.

Still the scale says I have not lost 1 lb.

I miss the cooking. Cooking a rice dish, or a bagel...it's not challanging. It still tastes good, but it's not a challange. So, I made a deal with myself. When I loose the weight I will cook 1 french meal a week. I look up from this to wonder when - just when exactly that will be...
